The Palais Orion and the Palais Saphir form the building complex in the southeastern part of the first construction phase. They feature a spacious entrance portal, framed by trees and floral arrangements, and high-quality marble facades.

The windows and facades of both buildings form a successful composition, providing light-filled spaces behind ornate French windows with elegant decorative grilles.

Both buildings span multiple floors and offer spacious, modern reception areas, as well as glass elevators for optimal visibility and plenty of light. They are also designed to create an open and appealing atmosphere that facilitates inspiring and collaborative work.

Palais Diadem and Palais Clivia together form the building complex in the south of the first construction phase and blend harmoniously into the overall ensemble of the Rhein-Palais.

The highlight of both buildings is the luxurious penthouse with a fully wraparound balcony, which forms an elegant conclusion and offers a fantastic view.

The entrance area features a passageway to the Promenade Ville de Bonn, the inner central promenade of the Rhein-Palais ensemble. Bright and spacious corridors lead to the individual offices, which offer an inspiring working environment.

Palais Sirius and Palais Stella complete the first construction phase in the north of the Rhein-Palais Bonn. They are also accessible from there. The generously planted green spaces in the courtyards underscore the southern French flair of the Rhein-Palais Bonn.
